(a) Information You Provide: When you create a listing, we collect the information you submit, including: listing content (name, description, category, asking price, images), contact information (Telegram handle, email address, WhatsApp number, and/or wallet address), and payment information for listing fees (processed by Stripe or on-chain via Solana — we do not store credit card numbers). (b) Automatically Collected Information: We automatically collect: IP addresses, browser type and version, device information, pages visited and time spent, referring URLs, and listing view counts. (c) Cookies: We use essential cookies for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from third-party ad networks.

We use collected information to: (a) operate and maintain the marketplace, (b) process listing fee payments, (c) display listings to potential buyers, (d) moderate content and enforce our Terms of Service, (e) respond to reports of prohibited content, (f) comply with legal obligations, (g) detect and prevent fraud, and (h) communicate with you about your listings. We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties. We do NOT use your information for targeted advertising.

We share information only in the following circumstances: (a) Public Listing Information: When you create a listing, the listing content (name, description, category, price, images, and your chosen contact method) is displayed publicly on the Platform. Only the contact methods you provide are shown. (b) Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate the Platform, including: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), and Solana blockchain (USDC payments — wallet addresses are public on-chain). (c) Legal Requirements: We will disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request. We will also disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: protect the safety of any person, investigate or prevent fraud or illegal activity, respond to a law enforcement request, or report suspected child exploitation to NCMEC. (d) We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain listing data for as long as the listing is active, plus 12 months after expiration or removal for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. We retain content removal and moderation records indefinitely to support potential law enforcement inquiries. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@creatorpages.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including: encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest (Supabase), PCI-compliant payment processing (Stripe), access controls and authentication for administrative functions, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights: (a) Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. (b) Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data. (c) Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements). (d) Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion of your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. CreatorPages is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing personal data is: (a) performance of a contract (processing listings and payments), (b) legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, platform operation), and (c) legal obligations (law enforcement cooperation, tax records).

CreatorPages is not directed at and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information immediately and terminate any associated account. Listings may contain links to third-party websites and services (Telegram, WhatsApp, email providers, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through the Platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Platform. We will indicate the effective date at the top of the policy. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
