Terms of Service

CreatorPages ("we," "us," "the Platform") operates as a discovery and listing marketplace only. We provide a venue where sellers can list AI-related digital assets and buyers can discover them. CreatorPages is NOT a party to, intermediary in, broker of, or escrow provider for any transaction between buyers and sellers. All negotiations, due diligence, payments, and asset transfers occur exclusively between the parties involved, off-platform. We do not verify, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy of any listing, revenue claims, follower counts, subscriber numbers, or any other metrics displayed. All metrics are self-reported by sellers and unverified by CreatorPages. Buyers must perform their own independent due diligence before any transaction.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CreatorPages in any capacity — as a buyer, seller, or visitor. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover or reasonably believe that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their access and remove any associated listings without refund.

The following content is strictly prohibited on CreatorPages and will result in immediate removal, account termination, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement: (a) CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL (CSAM): Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors is absolutely prohibited. This includes AI-generated, synthetic, or digitally manipulated imagery depicting minors in sexual or suggestive contexts. There are NO exceptions. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy and will report any suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies immediately. (b) UNDERAGE DEPICTIONS IN NSFW LISTINGS: All persons depicted in 18+/Adult AI listings must be over 18 years of age. By listing in the 18+/Adult AI category, sellers certify under penalty of perjury that: (i) all persons depicted are at least 18 years old, (ii) the seller has age verification documentation for any real persons depicted, and (iii) any AI-generated persons are designed to depict adults only. (c) Non-Consensual Intimate Images: Real or synthetic intimate imagery of any person created or distributed without consent. (d) Content promoting violence, terrorism, human trafficking, or illegal activities. (e) Stolen accounts, hacked credentials, or assets obtained through fraud. (f) Listings that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. (g) Malware, spyware, or any software designed to harm users. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes prohibited content.

Listings in the 18+/Adult AI category are subject to additional requirements: (a) Age Certification: Sellers must certify that all depicted persons (real or AI-generated) are 18 years of age or older. This certification is a legally binding representation. (b) Preview Images: All preview/thumbnail images uploaded to CreatorPages must be safe-for-work (SFW). No nudity, explicit sexual content, or pornographic material in listing images. Listings are for the sale of AI creator accounts and assets, not the distribution of adult content itself. (c) Record Keeping: Sellers of 18+/Adult AI listings are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding adult content, including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements. (d) Platform Right to Remove: We may remove any 18+/Adult AI listing at any time, for any reason, without notice or refund, if we believe in good faith that the content may depict minors or otherwise violate these Terms.

Listing fees are non-refundable service fees for the publication and display of your listing on CreatorPages. Payment of a listing fee does not guarantee any sales, inquiries, or outcomes. Fees may be paid via credit card (processed by Stripe) or USDC on Solana. Current pricing: Standard listing free, Premium listing $20. Prices are subject to change. Listing fees are for the listing service only and do not create any obligation on the part of CreatorPages to facilitate, mediate, or guarantee any transaction.

Listings are published for a limited time as displayed on each listing. CreatorPages reserves the right to remove any listing at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, receipt of a valid legal complaint, content that we determine is misleading or fraudulent, or operational reasons. Removal of a listing does not entitle the seller to a refund of listing fees.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATORPAGES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL CREATORPAGES, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN USERS, OR ANY CONTENT POSTED ON THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CREATORPAGES IN LISTING FEES DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CreatorPages, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform, (b) any listing you create, (c) any transaction you enter into with another user, (d) your violation of these Terms, (e) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or (f) any content you upload or submit to the Platform.

CreatorPages respects intellectual property rights. If you believe a listing infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us at hello@creatorpages.ai with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing listing, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly.

CreatorPages provides a Report function on every listing. We take all reports seriously, particularly those involving potential CSAM, underage content, fraud, or illegal activity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and will disclose user information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent harm. We report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).

By using CreatorPages, you agree to: (a) provide truthful information in listings, (b) not create misleading or fraudulent listings, (c) not manipulate metrics, reviews, or engagement data, (d) not use the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users, (e) not attempt to circumvent any security measures, (f) comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Your use of CreatorPages is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. See our Privacy Policy at creatorpages.ai/privacy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida. Each party shall bear its own costs. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
